LifeLayout is an experimental informational decision-support tool and an early MVP under active development. The product may change or be temporarily unavailable during testing, and results may vary between visits as the underlying calculations evolve.

LifeLayout does not provide real-estate, financial, legal, insurance, safety, medical, or other professional advice. It does not recommend whether you should buy, sell, rent, or move to any particular property, and it does not evaluate the property itself, its price, or its condition.

LifeLayout uses Google Maps Platform driving-time and distance data together with the visit frequencies and importance levels you enter to describe how a move would change your everyday routine. Those estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Actual travel times will vary based on:

• Traffic, weather, and construction
• Time of day and day of week
• The specific route you choose
• Combined errands or multi-stop trip chaining
• Your own driving behavior and vehicle

The current MVP intentionally uses baseline Google driving estimates rather than current traffic, and models every visit as a separate round trip. LifeLayout does not include walking, cycling, or public transit calculations.

LifeLayout is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular decision. To the extent permitted by law, LifeLayout and its author disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

You remain responsible for independently verifying any information LifeLayout displays and for consulting qualified professionals before making a housing, financial, or relocation decision.

You may use LifeLayout only for lawful, informational purposes. You may not misuse or interfere with the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or credentials; scrape, bulk extract, or republish Google Maps content; use the service to violate another person’s privacy; or use LifeLayout to discriminate or make housing decisions based on characteristics protected by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeLayout and its project owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on estimates, third-party data, or use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

LifeLayout includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. See the LifeLayout Privacy Notice for information about how Google Maps services are used to produce LifeLayout results.
